A booklet with a list of men from Mystic River, Connecticut, who volunteered as soldiers for three years in an unnamed Connecticut regiment. There are some notations as to the man's height, eye color and complexion. The last few pages consist of a cash account, written in a different hand, and one page of expenses for the 21st Connecticut Infantry Regiment. Several loose papers include certificates relating to John E. Wood as a teacher in North Killingly, Connecticut, 1848, 1849; and a letter to Chaplain John Wood and an invoice of equipment he received as a captain in the 21st Regiment, 1862.
